The Law Firm of Glaucia Milanez, PLLC

She provides strategic counsel to entrepreneurs, startups, and technology companies on Texas entity formation, commercial and technology transactions (including IP licensing, SaaS/software agreements), startup structuring, and ongoing corporate representation.
Mrs. Milanez expertly aligns corporate structures with U.S. immigration objectives — such as investment-based strategies (emphasizing substantial capital investment and job creation), intracompany executive transfers, and talent-based visas — while handling family-based immigration matters (visas, green cards, naturalization) and Texas family law issues (marriage, divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements).
With over 20 years of combined corporate and legal experience, Mrs. Milanez delivers practical, results-driven guidance to individuals, families, and businesses navigating complex legal challenges.
Admitted to practice in Brazil, California, and Texas, she earned her law degree in Brazil and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Milanez launched her corporate career in 2000 at Alpargatas-Santista S/A, managing commercial agreements and intellectual property matters (including trademarks and patents). She then spent 12 years at Dell USA negotiating sophisticated technology agreements across sales and procurement. Entering U.S. immigration law in 2016 as a law clerk, she founded her own firm in 2018, successfully managing hundreds of visa petitions, business formations, and technology transactions.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Mrs. Milanez actively supports local immigrant communities and enjoys exploring the Texas Hill Country with her husband, Mr. David Fujimoto.
